The word cricket could connote a two teamed bat-and-ball game played on a field, or even a musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber, but in this case, it’s the cold-blooded chirping insect from the family Gryllidae (also known as “true crickets”). Cousin to the grasshopper, this corner dwelling insect living behind my fridge has existed for a long time. I don’t know how long he will live or why he’s so persistent, I mean what’s he saying and why does he need to keep saying it so much? HA I wonder how many people ask the same about me!
LOL
The Bike Rickshaw bikerickshaw.com transportation device has come a long way from its main way to travel back in the 1800′s due to their cost and convenience at the time and has continued through modern day. WOW it’s Saturday and I actually didn’t work at all today. It’s good to take a little disconnect time yet I rarely afford myself this luxury. Very aware of needs to do so and doing so more. Life is definitely better balanced… In fact I’m eager to do more of said disconnection but in reality I should catch up with the unusual amounts of personal email I’ve got piling up from not checking much, due to email break emailbreak.com Looking to step up my game more with more life goals I’ve realized are missing and instead of babbling any further I’ll be more excited to share results of taking action! Hope everyone’s having an excellent weekend. see you tomorrow!

I’m a big believer in focusing on health goals on several different levels; spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and relationships. Physically it’s easiest at times to see our progress as it’s often visible in terms of other health aspects. We may appear mentally or emotionally together when we’re really working on things internally. Overall health is a comprehensive system of different interconnected universal aspects of life.
Here’s my lunch from today, you’ll see some tuna sushi, some spicy tuna rolls and eel sushi. I love sushi and since there’s zero processed foods involved I feel rather good about it though aware I’m mostly pigging out before diving deep into low-carb!

If nobody has taken the time to do so, I’d like to welcome you to today. I’m going to lunch with my friend to consume unusual amounts of all you can eat sushi…
I do like cats. They teach us a lot of life lessons – things like always groom yourself even if you’re not going out – always exercise – always have fun – and occasionally just take a break and roll around on your back or jump up and down. These guys seem to like their human too and I find them joining me frequently in my home office. I’m aware of how lucky I am too – these guys don’t shed (Bengals have more of a pelt than fur), they use an automated litter-free toilet, and (took slight home modification awareness) respect the iguanas and my home. Great, I’m a 41 year old man who blogs about cats. Go meow yourself…
