Monday’s Super Brain Focus!

It’s Monday morning. I’m super focused on my work and eager to make some great progress today. My job is enjoyable, yet high pressure and it’s important to me to achieve continuous positive output and this week is definitely not an exception.

I’d once heard a side effect of ADD is super focus, I’ll call it DDA, Darren’s Disciplined Awesomeness. I share more about this on my site, Super Brain Focus. What I do is totally let everything else drop out of my mind and focus 100% on the tasks at hand. It’s a rather intense state of mind but necessary for achieving greatness. Part of this transition I like to refer to as RHD – Rapid Human Development, in that I look at where I’m trying to get to and work tenaciously backwards to obtain this goal as quickly as possible. Most goals we set for ourselves are rather attainable but takes our own internal discipline to really be in tune to receiving these awesome successes.

In short, keeping a maniacal focus on tasks at hand will bring goals to us sooner. I’m also “back on” coffee this week after taking a couple weeks off and reestablishing my caffeine tolerance levels. Honestly, I don’t see a tremendous productivity boost from coffee and in fact suspect dependence and tolerance will ensue, but taking every extra boost I can this week as it means that much to me to conquer new goals!
