100 Day Challenge – Day046 – RHT (Rapid Human Transformation!) – WUTOS!?

WUTOS – Weekend Update Today on Saturday

I’ve had a good week. Lot’s of driving. Eating lots of interesting things. I’ve been to new restaurants, corporate buffets, sushi, even cooked up a lot of my own good low carb eats. Even on the road I’ve been eating well. I’ve stayed in nice hotels, even seen some cool bars. Lots of running around trying to find more business.

Through all of this I’ve managed to drop 15 pounds and eager to drop more!

This weekend I’ll be catching up with frogs, eating, cheating on my diet, playing with the cats, eating more, and making time for fitness. I’m looking to increase exercise throughput during these coming days so expect some early morning workouts!

I’m going to cheat more on my low carb today as that’s what I’m supposed to do today, but to kick the fat burning into 3rd gear so to speak for the coming week I’m considering a much more aggressive near no carb digression. I’m very food obsessed. I think I’m going to go for a nice juicy hamburger.

I’m making a list at the 100 days dot com with lessons learned during the 100 days, including greater need for organization and increased results from additional accountability. You’ll find this list at the 100 days dot com under lessons learned.

Need to get off my proverbial domaining ass too and sell some sites on flippa already. I’ve blown off my web business for months, costing me much more than it should be earning. 100 Day Challenge – Day036 – If You Can’t Join ‘em, Beat ‘em!

It’s the 100 days! the100days.com and keeping my daily video log challenge. It’s been an intense day at work followed with some awesome family time and now back making vLogs and catching up with email. I find email to be rather ineffective compared to other mediums but I’m unable to convince the rest of the world of this LOL anyway glad to connect with friends here and about to go and hit my workout and then try and catch some ZZZ’s. My guitar today is almost in tune but not perfectly in tune which is metaphorically appropriate for my 1/3 progress into the 100 days which has been significant. 100 Day Challenge – Day010 – RHT (Rapid Human Transformation!) – Expediting Enlightenment?

Two days left in the year my friends – count them because they’re going faster than free pizza. I’d love some free pizza right now but I’m back on the low carb as you’ll learn about in this fun and digressive vLog. Past few days has been slightly daunting as I race the clock for end of year goals and prepare my life and organize for the coming year. Mainly focused on work, and wellness for 2012 and excited to be tracking my rapid ramp up during the 100 days!
