Daily Video Log – Tuesday’s Quick Check in and DOWN 20 Pounds!

Following daily video logging for 100 days it’s becoming a habit I don’t really want to break (though should tell myself it’s OK sometimes LOL)… Many adventures today and happy to be down from 215/36%F 195/30%F. This video was uploaded from an Android phone by a WebOS Lover.

100 Day Challenge – Day095 – RHT (Rapid Human Transformation!) – Focused Digression

Hello and welcome to the weekend! It’s Saturday and a great day of reflection. I’ve been recognizing and assassinating anti-productive activities, especially ones as unappreciated and pointless like embracing archaic communications. Again. Today I regret checking my personal email. I think it’s time for an email break emailbreak.com. Someone forwarded an email to me that included another friend. First of all, I shouldn’t have been privy to this data nor did I want to be. Second, I’d not received the entire thread (and don’t want it) and read things out of context. This doubly pissed me off and feels vomit inducing. This also moves to my need for more balance – extremes have served me until now but part of this 100 days has allowed me to really focus on the need for greater balance and I’m taking more steps to achieve this. Been productive and continue to focus on unlocking awesome cycles in the interest of greater life enjoyment and more success! Sorry if this was too digressive – I t

Cricketgate – The Less Than Effective Trap

Cricketgate! I created a trap based on a container on a string that has cricket food inside it in hopes that the cricket would walk in and want to hang in there. OK maybe this wasn’t my best designed plan so far but was worth a try. This video was uploaded from an Android phone by a WebOS Lover…

100 Day Challenge – Day083 – RHT (Rapid Human Transformation!) – Sick as a dog…

Poor dogs, why do they get associated with illness? OMG this bug is kicking my ass. I get these “windows of wellness” which I take advantage of fully for vLogs, calls, etc. but they’re fleeting and seem to be steps towards the next level… Getting a cold or flu isn’t the worst thing in the world, think about it… when else can you shed some old cells and regenerate new ones for greater success! Yeah that’s my spin LOL seriously, this is uncomfortable but more than anything it’s inconvenient as have lots of work to do. I took off half of today to rest and get foods and remedies and feeling exhausted. Tomorrow I’ve got a busy day with multiple meetings in Milwaukee, WI. I really don’t want to go and get anyone sick nor present when I’m not 100% awesome. I’m conflicted – on one hand I like to respect others’ time and there’s a few people I’ll be meeting with, on the other hand – I need to be always bringing my A-game, or at least feel “more than 50%” which I don’t right now. Emailed cu

100 Day Challenge – Day051 – RHT (Rapid Human Transformation!) – Raunchy Radisson Rantings

[ALT title: HHHHHH - Horrible Hotel Horrors Had Happened Here]

I’ve just experienced the most unsanitary, unsafe and untrustworthy hotel.

Continuously enlightened from different experiences going on all around… Today began with challenges. Working up in Appleton, Wisconsin, I’d stayed at the Radisson Paper Valley hotel on the recommendation of a coworker. The outdated room was visibly dirty, had cigarette burns in the furniture, patches in the carpet, a bloodstained pillow and a bad shower valve resulting in an unexpected temperature spike causing me to burn like a lobster. Despite perhaps my worst room in decades of professional business travel, the people working there were all extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurants were very good and my coworker said they a clean room. I do believe this was one-off however that’s really a lot of bad stuff going on! Well, my lesson learned – I didn’t want to be angry. I just didn’t. I was up for business and didn’t want to carry any frustration or angry energy to the meeting with me. I didn’t want to throw up on Yelp without taking time to think through what happened, a “social responsibility” so to speak. Walking to breakfast, I’d bumped into a manager and brought these matters up, calmly and in detailed camera phone photos. He’d offered to compensate the night’s stay, however my instinct was to not accept this as if it would somehow erase things; as if these horrible hotel horrors hadn’t happened. I’d much rather reflectively realize that in the big scheme of things this isn’t that big of a deal, it was gross but I’d gotten to my meeting on time, met a cool person, and had a rather successful day. You have to add up things I learn, and today definitely was successful!!

management at this Radisson seemed to care, until I’d learned they’d violated do not disturb, trying to cover their neglect.

Radisson Paper Valley Hotel – Appleton Wisconsin featured outdated and disgustingly insanity rooms, including filth on dresser, walls, television and bathroom, a bloodstained pillow, a shower valve that went bad and burned me, and management encouraging housekeeping to violate do not disturb, prior to seeing room. He did see the bloodstained pillow, valve-broken shower, and my photos of the filth, much of which the housekeepers weren’t able to hide before we got to the room.

100 Day Challenge – Day038 – WHEEL – Week Has Ended Exciting Lament

The 100 days the100days.com I’ve noticed this may not be my 38th vLog during the 100 days but indeed the 39th or 40th so I somehow have an extra backup or two in here. Not totally a surprise as I enjoy overachieving. Perhaps I’ve got a vLog “in the bank” for a future day when I’m unable to get to a camera. LOL. Looking forward to busy work weekend actually as have some folks coming in from out of town and rather interesting events. Time for some Homemade Wine at http Cheers!

vLog: Darren Williger is a Guitar Playing Professional Sales Dork!

I’ve been eager to put together a vLog as have been vLogging less than preferred as I excitedly go through the on-boarding process at my new job, especially as many people find my photos and videos “different”, so until I fit in more I’m keeping my “public persona” on the down low. On the other hand, this is therapy and I want to continue sharing updates and “being me” as it’s fun and helps me track life progress.
