I need to stop believing that anything less than overachieving is failure. I need to stop believing that anything less than overachieving is failure. I need to stop believing that anything less than overachieving is failure. I need to stop believing that anything less than overachieving is failure. I need to stop believing that anything less than overachieving is failure. I need… I’m stressed and somewhat concerned feeling burned out on the 5th work day of the year. Telling myself to learn to enjoy the journey even if you’re stressed and don’t let people kick sand in pies as it’s just not tasty that way. My internal fires were burning strong even before end of year and got kicked somewhat by external sources which have been overwhelming unmotivating. I need to stop believing that anything less than overachieving is failure.
Low Carb This lowcarbthis.com is where I’ve been sharing how to embrace the low carb lifestyle for health and weight loss management. Exciting food video will let me SHOW you how great it’s really been! It occured to me that people need to see how “challenging” (heh) it’s been to maintain this type of diet. The 100 Days – Day 13 is here! the100days.com I’m excited to be here in 2012 and rocking out the year. Been kicking my own ass today and am exhausted with doing the plumbing at home. YES, that’s correct folks – I plumbed~! We’ve heard that necessity is the mother of invention and this certainly rings true today. Primarily due to plumbing emergency, I’d not worked out first thing in the morning and have been pushing it out too far so calling myself out on this and rocking on!
What’s a leap year anyway? Learn all about the differences between the Julian and Gregorian calendar and why we have an extra day each February every 4 years. Thanks Garden and Farm Almanac for the entertaining almanac I’d read before making this video. Yummy brain candies.
The 100 days the100days.com has been a great opportunity to really look at my life and where I want to take things to and this being the last day of the year has been a really big chance for me to focus on the awesome and sad experiences that I’ve experienced and the importance of friendships and relationships that connect everything together. This universe consists of so many impossibilities and feel so loved and blessed for the awesome friends I have. Thanks! Back to dealing with this drain situation, have a great night my friends!
Today is going to be an exciting adventure you’ll come along for… Been feeling overwhelmed with end of year around the corner and focused on what absolutely needs to be completed by years’ end. This includes running some mail and packages over to the post office. Frustrated that my weight hasn’t moved more than a pound in over a week but realizing there’s clear reasons probably contributing to this which I will look closer at. Still, moving down from 213 is a good accomplishment. Determined to move workouts to the morning by tomorrow morning. Learning what I need to learn and documenting more life changes I’m excited about. Please take a look at my blog if you want to learn more and as always, thanks for checking in here.
Two days left in the year my friends – count them because they’re going faster than free pizza. Past few days has been slightly daunting as I race the clock for end of year goals and prepare my life and organize for the coming year. Mainly focused on work, and wellness for 2012 and excited to be tracking my rapid ramp up during the 100 days!
